Compressed Bio-Gas

India’s First Integrated CBG-Goshala-Bio Farming Model

Revolutionizing Rural India with Green Energy

At Shreyam Group, we’re pioneering a clean energy future with India’s first modular CBG (Compressed Bio-Gas) Plant a transformative initiative that blends sustainability, energy production, and rural empowerment. Backed by the Government of Madhya Pradesh, our CBG plant is the core of an integrated model that combines cow welfare, organic farming, and renewable power generation into one scalable ecosystem.
From cow dung to clean fuel our model turns natural waste into a valuable energy resource.

What is CBG?

CBG (Compressed Bio-Gas) is purified biogas produced from organic materials such as cow dung, crop residue, and green biomass like Napier grass. Once purified, CBG has properties similar to CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) and can be used as a clean alternative fuel for:

  • Vehicles (automobiles & tractors)
  • Cooking & heating
  • Industrial energy needs
Our CBG plant helps reduce India’s dependence on fossil fuels while creating sustainable income streams for rural communities.

Green Hydrogen from Waste: Powering India's Clean Future

At Shreyam, we’re producing Green Hydrogen from Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) made using agricultural waste, cattle dung, and food scraps. This innovative, zero-emission fuel supports India’s Green Hydrogen Mission by replacing fossil fuels and cutting carbon emissions. Our process turns local organic waste into clean energy, boosts rural income, and creates green jobs. Shreyam is driving sustainable energy that’s cost-effective, scalable, and better for the planet.

Our Unique CBG Model: A Closed-Loop Green System

Unlike conventional setups, our model is modular, integrated, and circular delivering economic, ecological, and social benefits:

Input:

  • 20% Cow Dung from our 5,000+ sheltered cows
  • 80% Napier Grass cultivated on-site
  • Other Organic Waste: crop residues, agri-waste

Output:

  • Up to 500 kg/day of clean, compressed bio-gas
  • Bio-Slurry as a high-grade organic fertilizer
  • Zero Waste: all by-products are repurposed for energy or soil nutrition

Why Our CBG Plant Stands Out

Ethical Sourcing

CBG is produced from cow dung sourced ethically from our integrated Goshala housing 5,000+ cows.

Napier Grass Cultivation

We grow Napier grass sustainably on our land, ensuring year-round biomass supply and carbon sequestration.

Solar-Powered Infrastructure

The plant runs on solar energy, significantly reducing dependency on grid power and lowering emissions.

Circular Economy Model

All waste from the plant is converted into bio-fertilizer, closing the resource loop and ensuring zero environmental impact.

Distribution-Ready

Produced gas is compressed, purified, and distributed via our technology partner Convergen Platforms, ensuring scalability.

Social & Environmental Impact

Reduction in Greenhouse Gases

Prevents methane emissions from raw dung and agri-waste

Empowerment of Rural Farmers

Farmers benefit from organic fertilizers, green fodder, and job opportunities

Soil Health Restoration

Residual slurry boosts microbial activity and enhances crop yield naturally

Employment Generation

Skilled and semi-skilled employment created in plant operations, farming, logistics, and sales
